About half an hour ago, I had a complete instrumental, with all the automation recorded and everything, but no lyrics and no singing, and I had zero ideas, and I considered giving myself a pass to do an instrumental. My determination to record 6 songs each month this year never included the stipulation that I must sing in every one of them (in any of them at all, for that matter), that's just something that arose organically and I kept doing it.

Minutes later, I wrote down lyrics and sang them, and the song is a few orders of magnitude better because of it. That's such an awesome feeling.
